Questions I  forgot to ask?

• How much beef will i bring home?

A side of beef will bring home approximatley 350 - 400 pounds of beef (based on a 1200lb beef) and depending on how you have it processed.  

• How do I pay for the beef?

There is a $100 deposit in order to hold your place on the calendar. Then you will pay the processing fee to the locker when you pick the beef up. I will send you a bill for the beef that will be due upon receipt.

• What is the shelf life of frozen beef?

The shelf life for beef in the freezer should be no more than one year. After that the meat begins to taste strong.
